TJ graduated from the University of Oregon Lundquist College Of Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship & Marketing. He specializes in identifying the right solutions for growing businesses and building communities around brands online. When he is not helping clients and individuals connect with their communities, TJ likes to travel the world with his wife and enjoy life one adventure at a time.

Alison graduated with honors from Willamette University with a degree in International Relations. From working in startups to marketing and managing programs for C-level executives, and building a personal brand with thousands of followers all around the world, Alison brings a fresh and creative perspective to every situation. When she's not creating amazing content for her clients she enjoys letting her creative side thrive through bullet journaling, sewing, and dancing.
